• Ownership of all plans and budget sheets provided with

Engineering Plans for Home Addition Construction includes:


• Plans drawn by a licensed Architect and Engineer

ready for permitting within Duval, St. Johns & surrounding counties (note: current lead time for plans is approximately 30 - 45 days)


• Ownership of plans with no obligation to proceed with project prior to arrival,


Seaco Construction Group LLC suggests homeowner contacts the zoning department within the county of project to confirm any neighborhood set-back requirements. In the event you are unable to build due to county restraints, Seaco Construction Group will not be held liable for projects unable to be performed and therefor the plans are noncancellable.
